As an essential service North Carolina Heating & Cooling will continue to serve our community with the utmost care and safety precautions!

We care about local communities and we are responding to your concerns around the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). We want to let you know what we are doing to protect our customers and NCHC team during this time.

Here’s what we are doing to help the community reduce the spread of the virus.

Our team wears protective gear such as gloves and face masks and shoe coverings when available if entering your home is necessary.

Our field technicians maintain the CDC recommended 6-foot distance, refrain from shaking hands with customers, and sanitize their tools, trucks, and iPads before and after every visit.

We use contactless payment systems (ex. credit/debit cards, financing, etc.) whenever possible.

Our team members are following proper hand hygiene and are encouraged to stay home if they feel sick.

If you or anyone in your household has experienced flu-like symptoms, we ask that you please reschedule your appointment for a later date in order to protect our team.

Our #1 goal is to keep you our customers and staff safe.
